Clean private walkout basement apartment with private bedroom (queen bed); plus folding twin bed for third guest, private full bathroom; kitchenette equipped with a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, cook-top, boiler, microwave, and toaster; spacious living room with fireplace equipped with TV (Netflix) and free WiFi. Dining table with two chairs. Basic kitchen utensils and silverware. Workspace: desk, swivel chair. The entrance path is sloping, may be difficult for guests with mobility challenges.

Ideal location to see all the sites in our nation's capital. Conveniently located one mile from two Metro stops. If you're in town for work or to see family, go to a show or simply to explore, this is a great place to rest your feet. Walk to Silver Spring and Takoma Park for neighborhoods. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.
