The Bunk House is an 8 by 12 foot shed with 3-4 bunks. There is a twin sized bed across the back, a bunk sized bed on each side and a plank to pull out to accommodate a fourth person in the middle over the walkway. With this adaptation, you have an 8 by 10 foot bed. We provide foam mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. There is an air-conditioner and a heater. Bucket toilet behind the bunkhouse. Fire ring available. No pets. The water is from our deep well - tested, certified and delicious!

You'll love the kitchen, the peace, and the coziness. The in-ground heated pool is 25 x 50 feet. (Closed mid Oct. - mid April) We stock wood for the fire pit, so roast hot dogs, or make S'mores! Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.
