This is a great base for biking, hiking, wine tasting & windsports in both WA and OR. With views to the east of Burdoin Mtn, our backyard playground for hiking and singletrack mountain biking is at the end of our street. Downtown White Salmon is a 10 min. walk. Hood River a 13 minute drive.

The Gorge is central to all your outdoor adventures. The local area offers opportunity to kite board, kayak, windsurf, fish, hike, bike, plus many other recreational activities...or just relax and enjoy the views. As an added bonus, we supply coffee and tea for your mornings.

River’s Rest..only 45 minutes from PDX, and Multnomah Falls, gateway to the Columbia Gorge. Hiking just minutes away. Huge fire-pit and covered porch over-looking the river. Great if you get to work from home. You have your own Wi-Fi land-line telephone. Once your work day is over you can enjoy what the Columbia Gorge has to offer. EV charging is available.
