Welcome to 'Sunshine and Naptime' - This newly renovated home is located on the Chapin side of Lake Murray. The entire house is newly furnished and full of amenities. This 3 bedroom lakefront cottage sits on a point with 180 degree panoramic views. Vaulted rustic pine ceilings showcase the wall to wall windows for a view that will take your breath away. You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Take a dip in the pool or hot tub. Check out our garden and chickens. Fire up the grill for dinner and then relax by the fire pit while the sun sets over the pond. Please note: We may stop by to check on the garden/turkeys or to do yard work or maintain the pool and hot tub. The property isn’t 100% private.
