Approx 1000 sq ft of natural cedar; perfect for viewing wild life, dining in the outdoors, basking in the sun and taking in the spectacular mountain views. When the sun goes down, decompress in the luxurious cedar sauna or star gaze in the hot tub. This house is perfect for families or friends to experience the outdoors.

The Gondola is operational for 2026 Step out the back door of the Palliser, just a 45 second ski or slide to the resort base. Step out the front door to snowshoe trails or a 3min walk down to the general store, pub or Double Black Cafe. 15 minute drive to Golden's amenities and restaurants. Well appointed condo to come together in comfort at the end of an Epic day. Quiet dog is welcome provided it is not left alone in the suite or out on the deck.

Steps away from the mountain village, Palliser Lodge offers a tranquil setting in the glades. Enjoy easy access to everything. - Easy ski-in/out access. - In the mountain village. No need to drive anywhere. - Quiet concrete building - The unit is on the north side offering breathtaking views from its 3rd floor location. - Outdoor hot tub and gym in building - BBQs in common outdoor area.
