Half way between Billings and Bozeman. The Stillwater and Yellowstone Rivers are close for fishing and rafting. Hiking trails are close also. It does have 2 miles of rough road. Real 4WD is recommended especially for mud (ruts/slippery) and snow drifts/ ice(might need chains)on hill .

Our property is within 100 feet of Main Street which features a local grocery store, laundromat, & restaurants plus the incredible nightlife is only a few feet away.

Enjoy crisp mornings in this unique reclaimed silo. These silos are featured in the TV show Restoration Road. Originally saved from destruction in the Dakotas, these have been turned into unique homes situated at the base of the Greycliff for which the town was named. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house was originally built in 1900, then moved to Billings from Broadview in the 1940s. I bought the house in 2004, when my daughter was small, and have lived here ever since. It is a work in progress. Between 2010-13, I had the basement remodeled. I love the yard, and in the summer, I spend a good part of my day outside working in it.
