Enjoy ocean, mountain, and city views as well as spectacular sunrises in our beautiful newly renovated suite. Suite is very quiet and has gas fireplace, ambient lighting, rain shower, heated floors in bathroom, large flat screen TV, high end appliances, gas BBQ, & an outdoor sitting area all at your disposal. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

West Coast Forested Guest Suite

Sitting on a 2 acre plateau near the top of Triangle mount, our walk-out suite in a garden in the quiet of a forest, is above local shops, beaches, Hatley Castle, Thetis lake, and a 30 min drive to downtown Victoria. Ideal for those who want a retreat or need a central location of the greater Victoria area. Perfect to explore the west coast or the city! Comfy queen sized bed plus a queen (American Sleeper) couch bed. Enjoy complimentary Nespresso coffee, WiFi, Smart-TV, insuite laundry and BBQ.

SuiteVista

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
