It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

New in 2024. Shared Sauna! Welcome to our West Coast home! This Ocean side property is owned by 4 families who love the outdoors and we are excited to share it with you! The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

The Cedar Nook

We are located in Westcoast Sooke, British Columbia. Gateway to storm watching, surfing, beach exploring, hiking, biking, camping, relaxing to the sound of waves. Our place is close to the town of Sooke yet surrounded by farms, a short drive to beaches, located on a peaceful, forested 2 acres. We will be on hand if our guests need directions to one of Sooke's brewpubs, hiking trails, how to find a secret beach or which local lake is prime for swimming. Check-in time 4-8 pm, check-out before 11

The Covehouse - a secluded oceanfront cottage

Ideal for 1-2 couples, cyclists, paddlers, nature lovers, families, or business.

This is a great get away for anyone looking to be close to the ocean and the great outdoors. Located in Sooke Harbour Resort and Marina, a home away from home. The resort is located in the community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available plus whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding on site. Plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby. The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.

( west coast trail, Juan de fuca marine trail). Local whale watching area. Winter storm watching or simply reading a book by the fire. A lovely spot for two after a long day of activities. You’ll enjoy quiet sunsets, perhaps the odd storm, relax and recharge.
