The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

On the NorthEast side of Canyon Lake, it's ideally located less than a mile between the lake and river. In the heart of the hill country yet an hour away from Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. Around the corner from the dam and spillway with gorgeous views, hiking, tubing, and fishing. There is something for everyone!

It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.
