Great for family fun or a romantic getaway. Incredible view with access to our pool/hot tub area. Watch a beautiful sunrise from the large porch and a sunset from the pool cabana area. This barn is the perfect place for a family get together. It has a full kitchen and multiple outdoor cooking options including two grills (one at pool), outdoor griddle or a large smoker. We can set up the living area to be completely open or with multiple tables and chairs. Get back to nature and relax in peace.

Enjoy time with family and friends at this peaceful place to relax and play. Less than a mile from Tarleton, this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has 3 full size beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin trundle bed and a large king size sleep number I-10 luxury bed in the master. The property also has a pool table, electronic dart board, a variety of board games and a legends ultimate arcade with 4500 classic arcade games. Relax on the patio in front of the fire pit and enjoy coffee and a snack on us.

Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

The Compass Loft - Studio Near TSU with EV Charger

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance so the only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

7 Bedroom 7.5 Bathroom Stephenville Villa

New house completed in 2024! The home is big enough to host the entire extended family and friends. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and smart TV. The home features upstairs and downstairs living spaces and a pool table. The backyard includes its own grill and gas fire pit. The house includes 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Visitors will have access to nearby restaurants and Tarleton State University.

The Jean-Marie Suites

Historic, fully renovated upstairs suites located right on the square in Comanche, Texas. Spend the night in Comanche County's most beautifully decorated and comfortable retreat. The Adeline Suite is fully furnished in the French style. The Beauregard Room is a masculine room with a western vibe. There are two bathrooms and a kitchen. Both bedrooms have a television with cable TV (Direct TV) One bedroom has a DVD player with a selection of movies.
