A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.

Cobblestone streets and beautiful gardens are nearby, as are the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the area's main attractions. The apartment is perfect for groups of up to 4 adults or kids over 12 y.o. or non-walking babies. The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the main attractions in town. The famous Mercado de San Miguel is also there (Madrid's most renowned gastronomic market).

El Charming Plaza de Callao es un apartamento en el centro de Madrid, muy luminoso y con 3 balcones a la calle. Se encuentra en un edificio con ascensor, en una calle peatonal, a tan solo unos metros de la popular Plaza de Callao. El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios: DORMITORIO 1: Con balcón a la calle, cama king size de 2 metros de largo x 2 metros de ancho y armarios. DORMITORIO 2: Con baño en suite, 2 camas individuales de 2 metros de largo x 80 centímetros de ancho y armarios.

The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.
