Lake Geneva cottage with private beach access

This cute cottage for 6 is located just down the street from beautiful Lake Como that offers fishing, boating, and water sports. It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Bring your family or your friends and welcome to my home.

Come spend the weekend with friends and family or celebrate the winter festivities. Lake Geneva has something for everyone. Our Sweet Retreat is close to three ski resorts, sledding for the kids, and is a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Tons of bars and restaurants to enjoy and explore . After enjoying your day, come home a cozy up by our fireplace. Enjoy a glass of wine or games with friends and family, we have a quaint retreat to unwind and relax. We’re just waiting for you!

Enjoy spectacular sunsets and views of the 10,000 acre lake from the north shore. Fish, hunt, boat, ski, swim, snowmobile, or simply soak up the sun and take in the view from this quiet retreat on a dead-end street. Fresh paint, bedding, and furniture make this little gem very comfortable. Great Walleye ice fishing right in front of this property!

We welcome all pets and people. Our nautical themed house has something for everyone. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from Lake Como, and 10 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Our house is able to accommodate 10 adults with 2 full bathrooms. A percentage of each stay will be donated to an animal rescue.

Location! - Walk two blocks to Geneva Lake, the 22-mile shore path, Kishwwauktoe Nature conservancy, shops, restaurants and bars, trails, boat launch and the beach! Then come back to your cozy home with a fully-equipped kitchen for a gourmet meal, Netflix & Chill, or grill out and have a campfire. We allow dogs upon request. Dog fee is $35 per pet per stay.
