Enjoy majestic views of the Shenandoah River in our tiny home centrally located just 5 mins from AppalachianTrail, 6 mins from the rivers, 12 mins from Old Town Harpers Ferry. Featuring large patio, outdoor dining area, courtyard, firepit, hammock, outdoor 2 person soaking tub. The outdoor space provides private vistas of Shenandoah, moonlit nights, star gazing, "Mind Blowing" outdoor soaking tub or taking in the beautiful scenery while enjoying a relaxing shower in our all cedar shower room.

Spacious Cozy Suite

This is a walk-in basement with a spacious living room for your use. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, coffee machine, microwave, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use. The two cozy bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a double bed respectively, and a private bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a dressing table, sofa, sheets, quilts and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with bath towels, towels, shampoo and shower gel, etc. WiFi and parking are also free.

Tower Suite in the historic Manor House!

Welcome to the Tower Suite on the 3rd floor of the Manor House! The Suite is situated with one queen size bed and a comfortable convertible futon. With awesome views from the observation deck of the tower, modern heat/AC, a 72” vintage soaker claw-foot tub, and an equipped kitchenette the Tower Suite is stylistic and comfortable. Those receptive to the spirits can experience the whispering voices of the past echoing through this Civil War estate! There are headroom limitations so use caution.

Enjoy your stay in this fabulous pool house located in a quiet neighborhood. Relax poolside during the day and enjoy the outdoor bar and kitchen for cocktails at sunset. Breathtaking views all around. Just 50 minutes from Baltimore and Washington DC and 10 minutes to historic downtown Frederick. Private entrance to backyard with a large green space on the backside of the pool house. We consider ourselves a couples retreat and don’t host gatherings. We look forward to hosting you soon:)

Comfy Tiny Cabin located just a few steps from the rivers edge. Enjoy hanging out on the floating docks taking in the scenic views. Throw a line in and do a little fishing or hop on the canoe and go exploring. Finish the day out with a game of Cornhole or just sit back and relax around the fire. **Train tracks above to the left a little. MARC train runs in the morning and evening. Freight train runs sporadically throughout the day**
