Condado is just 4 miles from the airport and Old San Juan. There's a large pool and bistro café. Paid parking is available right next door and there are two car rental spots less than a 5 min walk.

Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

The location is in the heart of the city but at the same time it feels like you are right on the beach. We just finished a complete renovation of this apartment, everything was gutted out and redone. The decoration has some rustic furniture mixed with modern finishes. It has many tropical details like the colorful bed sheets/coverlet/pillows, paintings and accessories still the cabana is clutter free and simple, everything in the cabana has its purpose.
