Rustic Cabin Getaway w/Loft Sleeping

Located a mile from the Cumbres Toltec Scenic Railroad, the cabin features a unique loft bedroom that overlooks the main living area. Note: the main sleeping area is a loft and requires climbing a latter to reach the space. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay. **Wi-Fi is spotty due to our remote location; cell phones usually work fine but no TV. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to the New Mexico border, offering easy access to outdoor pursuits. We welcome pets.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, clean and cozy home in Antonito, CO. It's in a convenient location to local restaurants, grocery store, town parks, and right across the highway from the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad. It's approx. 1 hr. from Taos, N.M. also 1 hr. to Chama, N.M. We welcome hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers or anyone who wants to come and visit surrounding areas. It has a private driveway and a fenced in yard. It is very quiet here, no close neighbors.

Close access to Snowmobiling, X Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Relax with the whole family at this cozy 3 bedroom home located in the quiet, little town in Manassa in the beautiful San Luis Valley. The San Luis Valley is known for the beautiful mountains, with great hunting and fishing. We are a 15 minute drive to Cumbres and Toltec Scenic railroad, 1 hour to Zapata Falls and Great Sand Dunes National Park, 45 minutes to Colorado Gators Reptile Park. We allow full access to our home but not the garage. We do not allow any type of smoking indoors.

Cowboy School House (High Plains Drift Inn)

Taste the 1800s in our western school house. Cowboy bunk-house style sleeping arrangement with 3 bunk beds. Also, an inviting kitchenette facility and spacious shower as well as solar lighting, USB charging ports, and a (modern) propane heater. The Cutbow Ranch is a truly one of a kind stay. This cabin sits on the banks of the San Antonio River that has been renovated with the fly fisher in mind. The property boasts nearly 200 private acres with almost 1 full mile of private river.Spring and Fall are best times for fishing. The property also has walking trails NOTE! Dry conditions due to widespread drought have caused river to become unfishable. Fall will see river back up.

Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. PLEASE NOTE CATCH AND RELEASE FLY FISHING MAY NOT be available for the rest of the 2026 season due to extremely low water levels and high temps. Please message for availability prior to booking. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
