Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. You will now find a full kitchen with dining area, full bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a full sized bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!
