You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

There are residents living in other apartments in the building, all friendly and quiet. The living space furnished with mid-century furniture made locally in Jamestown, NY has high ceilings and large windows around the main rooms. Comfortable and fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, High-Speed Internet/wifi, living and dining area, desk, and large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer in the unit. Nice fully equipped galley kitchen and full bathroom with tub and shower.
