Cabane au bord de l'étang et bain nordique

Bienvenue à la Ferme du Pont de Maumy Dans un esprit vintage authentique et chaleureux, la cabane du pont de Maumy est le lieu idéal pour se laisser porter par une expérience dépaysante. Construite de façon écologique avec son bardage en bois brulé, son style atypique ne vous laissera pas insensible. Vous profiterez de sa grande terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur l'étang aux beaux jours, ainsi que de son intérieur avec son atmosphère douce et cosy, et son poêle à bois pour vos longues soirées.

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Joli gîte 2 ch, 2 à 4 pers (voire 6), jardin fermé

Petit gite (classé 3 ***), isolé à la campagne, très frais avec ses murs en pierres de 80 cm, équipé pour 2, 4, voire 6 personnes dans un petit village tranquille du Limousin. De plain-pied et mitoyen avec notre maison, avec un jardin clôturé. Du 1er octobre au 1er mai, un forfait de 15 €/ nuit est demandé pour le chauffage électrique, à régler à votre arrivée. Heures d'arrivée : à partir de 17 h et de départ : avant 10 h. Nous restons toutefois flexibles sur ces horaires. Animaux acceptés.

Notre domaine de 14 hectares de jardin, prairies et forêts, avec 2,4 km de chemins aménagés vous accueillera en Périgord vert. Vous y trouverez 2 gîtes dont 1 parfait pour accueillir deux personnes. Lit king size de 180x200. Belle pièce à vivre tout équipée. Douche à l’italienne. Grande terrasse plein ouest, avec salon de jardin et table à manger. Accès direct à la grande piscine chauffée en saison. Peignoirs et serviettes de bains vous accompagneront au spa (jacuzzi et sauna). VTT à dispo.

Entre le bourg et la campagne

Our house is on the verge of the countryside, at a 2-minute walk from the quaint market-town of Confolens. You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. Plenty to do in Confolens: you can swim, rail-bike, canoe, attend our music festival or discover Charente limousine. If you like old houses, you'll enjoy our home with its spacious rooms. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.
