This unique place has a style all its own. Renovated by the owner a renowned hotel and interior designer from Singapore, this beautiful house sits in its own grounds in a peaceful county side setting, whilst being close to local towns and amenities. It has its own private swimming pool in an idyllic setting overlooking lovely countryside. It also has a bathroom with a sauna spa to enjoy after a busy day enjoying the pool. All of the bedding is Egyptian cotton and we provide high quality towels.

A charming converted stable offering the tranquillity of a semi-rural location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat. Set in 3 acres of grounds this self-contained property benefits from well-appointed accommodation with beautiful views from all windows towards the garden, private outside dining area & 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The lovely gardens are home to numerous fruit & nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens and 5 rescue cats.

Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable.
