Just a quick 5-min drive from Rutland Water, this 17th-century cottage is a picture-perfect gem that has undergone a refurbishment. The thatched roof adds to its undeniable charm. Step inside and be greeted by original features like low ceilings, doorways and exposed beams, creating an authentic atmosphere. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Cosy 3 bed beach chalet just a stones throw from the beautiful sandy beach with Cleethorpes a 5 minute drive away. Sitting at the side of the dunes makes this a great location for a relaxing holiday by the coast. The long sweeping beaches make for lovely walks, ideal if you have brought your dog along! (2 dogs are allowed on the site per chalet.) Relive your childhood in this quirky development of beach homes of a bygone era. Relax in the garden or do a spot of beach combing.

A simple, small, well equipped, self catering cottage. The cottage has a double bedroom & a very small single bedroom directly off the lounge for a further guest. The chalet has been designed to provide our guests with a home from home feeling.The chalet has its own secure private decking. It is located within a 5 minute walk from mablethorpe beach and there is a Pub with restaurant on site. Mablethorpe town is within a 10 minute walk with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment including local attractions. Welcome basket is provided containing a welcome refreshment to help our guests get settled on their arrival. Pet friendly.
