Troutbeck Camping Pods - "No 1"
Our three warm and cosy pods are situated behind the main farm steading in a quiet setting away from the road and next to a small beck. The pods all have underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down towards Windermere Lake. Our village has two pubs, a tearoom, and easy access to Windermere and Ambleside. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets

⭐️⭐️Comfortable & spacious Home, Coniston centre⭐️⭐️
Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Low Brow - Barn conversion cottage in Coniston
Low Brow a split level detached barn conversion, close to the centre of Coniston. Leave the property and turn right for a short stroll down the hill into the village for shopping, pubs and cafes. Coniston Water is a 15 minute walk and is peaceful and picturesque for sailing and canoeing. Turn left as you leave the property and within minutes you are climbing Coniston Old Man. Ideal as a base for cycling. An elevated patio to the rear of the property offers fine lake views over Coniston Water.

Camping pod in western lakes
Our cosy pod sleeps 2 adults comfortably but could sleep 3 adults or 2 plus 1 young child. Pet friendly. Inside the pod is a double bed, a single futon mattress, kettle, toaster and oil filled radiator, carpeted floor, black out curtains. no bedding is supplied. The pod is small but cosy. The onsite games room provides extra space. Based on our working farm with panoramic views of local fells and Skiddaw. We have 3 camping pods all sited for guest privacy but could all be hired by friends.

Beautiful annexe to historic grade 2-listed property. Tastefully decorated, with a stunning bedroom and bath/ shower room, commanding views across a lovely garden. Downstairs, the hall leads into a fully equipped kitchen and the living/ dining room, with patio doors that open out onto a pebbled seating area. Ideally located, with a gentle stroll down to Coniston Water and a bridle path above, leading to the fells and Coniston Old Man. Half a mile from the village and opposite the Ship Inn.
Pod Cottage, Howe Farm, Coniston -PEACEFUL HEAVEN!
Set overlooking Coniston Lake, Howe Farm enjoys fabulous views, privacy and convenience, being only a 5 minute stroll to the village amenities. Ideal for a peaceful "getaway from it all " break. Pod Cottage is a fully heated luxury mega pod with its own private seating area and chiminea . You can enjoy lake views both during the day and star filled evenings whilst toasting the complimentary marshmallows. Private parking is provided adjacent to the pod, along with secure bike storage.

Crag Cottage, Coniston
Crag Cottage is a picture postcard Lakeland cottage with thick stone walls and an open fire. Despite being over 250 years old, the cottage is cosy and comfortable. Nestled under the crags of the Old Man, the location is unbeatable. Walk onto the Coniston fells from the back door and into the village in 5 minutes. There is secure bike storage, great wifi and 1 parking space. Sleeping arrangements are flexible as the Super King can be split into 2 single beds. 35% discount for a week

The Apartments Coniston (Apt.4 second floor)
The Apartments Coniston is a property ideally located close to the centre of Coniston village with shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and only a short walk from the lake itself. Apartment 4 is fully furnished, self contained, heated by brand new electric wall heaters and has undergone a partial refurbishment. The full property is family friendly, has on-site parking and is a great base from which to explore the entire Lakeland region. Please note this apartment is fully self-catering.
