'Escape to the Vines' quaint tiny house on a breathtaking 75 acres that is Mountain Ridge Winery. Situated a short drive from the boutique towns of Berry, Gerringong and Kiama. There are plenty of sights to be seen, shops to be visited and places to be explored. Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

During the cooler months, remain warm and cozzy by the fire place whilst still enjoying the view. The house features 4 bedrooms, an open plan living area with a neat kitchen and bathroom. Manyana Beach is a stone throw away, or take a short drive to Inyadda Beach, Bendalong or Berringer Lake.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Manyana is an idyllic coastal haven located in the southern Shoalhaven. The property is located within walking distance to Manyana Beach and Inyadda Beach. It is a short four minutes drive to Bendalong beach and many other spectacular beaches around the area. It’s a perfect getaway for those wanting a beach holiday of sun,sand and surf. Surrounding lakes such as Berringer Lake and Lake Conjola are perfect for activities such as paddle boarding; canoeing and fishing.

Funky cabin by the beach

The large living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, table with chairs, lounge/TV area, electric piano, a closet, and a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. The private bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The cabin is on the property of our grandparents’ house, which is sometimes occupied by family or rented out on Airbnb. The garden and barbecue area are therefore shared.

Pa's Place

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
