The cosy cottage is perfect for peaceful strolls across Donegal’s breathtaking beach’s& it’s the ultimate backdrop for a low-key romantic break, however, you’ll have to make friends with the cows while you’re there!

Beautifully decorated with all new fixtures and fittings to provide a luxury boutique experience. 3 bedrooms within the main house all en-suite, with the option of being set up as 2 single beds or one super king size. Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Staying at Waters Edge is the perfect place to relax, wind down and breath the clean fresh Atlantic air, whilst enjoying stunning views across the bay. Located metres from the seat front, with steps down to the beach, just over 1 kilometre to Ballyconneely and also situated between the picturesque towns of Clifden and Roundstone. It provides visitors with plenty to explore and enjoy. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Including two en-suites with under floor heating.

This beautiful house is situated next to Kilclare Post Office with the newly refurbished Lock 10 Pub within walking distance which now includes Carr Bia Street Food serving tasty hot fast food. The house which is situated in a quiet neighbourhood is just over 7km from the vibrant bustling town of Carrick on Shannon and 5km from Drumshanbo, home of the world famous Joe Mooney Summer School and An Tostal Festival.

This is a self contained apartment, tastefully decorated, on the ground floor, with your own private entrance. There is a double bed, kitchen, dining and living room, and bathroom. With your own private patio with panoramic views. The apartment is newly renovated to the highest standard, with gas heating and a solid fuel stove. It was just finished in March 2022, and we are very happy with how it turned out. We have put together a guest food hamper which we hope you will enjoy.

The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km). Home to Jon Rahm, winner of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open in 2019. The house has been featured in BBC/RTÉ production #smother.
