By Dec 2025 Front Porch will be replaced with New Side Main Door has Code Access for Key less Entry and Late Arrival The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If you would like to use there is an additional $75 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association for your use)

There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies!

Come and enjoy our luxurious 3000 sf. house featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths located in the heart of the GOTL strip. Walking distance to all attractions. Country home in the town of Sandy Lake. You can expect a creek stocked with fish outside while enjoying full amenities inside. Upgraded Appliances in the kitchen, two full baths, two bedrooms and den and family room and two full-sized beds plus a futon. Washer and dryer available downstairs. High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV as well. The creek that runs through the back of the property is a great place to relax or fish. The fire pit is waiting on your hot dogs or marshmallows!

Lakefront home w stunning views overlooking Conneaut Lake. Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement. Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.
