The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Entire home has recently been updated including the kitchen and bathrooms with added game room with futon and TV. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy games and attached deck.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy clean, and comfortable. Enjoy your stay on the shore of Lake Erie. Close walking distance for fishing, kayaking, or beach going. We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio. We have two other properties nearby if your dates are unavailable.

Welcome to Hook, Wine and Sinker! Walk to the harbor, beach, fishing, restaurants, parks, bars and the Moose Lodge (Must be a member). Enjoy lake view sunsets from the backyard deck. Short drive to over 30 wineries in The Grand River Valley. Close to Historic Ashtabula Harbor and Geneva On The Lake. Also, a 1-minute walk to the Conneaut arts center. Minutes from Lake Erie Beaches/ Marina and restaurants. Our house is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between guests. This is a standalone house with its own private entrance.

Lake Erie Cabin

Relax in a quiet retreat in this secluded cabin on Lake Erie. The cabin offers a two person indoor jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor bar and beautiful views of the sunset. Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the waves on the rocks. Can't beat the view. 2 wheel drive will work, but 4 wheel drive is recommended. A maximum of two adults. No animals. No children.
