My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

Our Home is comfortable and pet friendly with all amenities required for an stress free enjoyable stay. We are located in the quiet ‘old’ part of Torquay across the road from Whites (beautiful dog friendly) beach with walking and biking tracks leading to town centre about 2km away. Cafes, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, shops and supermarkets are easily accessible by a walk or short drive.

A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. Property includes three generous sized, light filled bedrooms (2 king 1 queen), two bathrooms plus extra toilet and hot and cold outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. New architectural outdoor pavilion provides extra outdoor living and dining space.

Raffs Beach House offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of old Barwon Heads. Centrally located, within minutes stroll to all beautiful Barwon Heads has to offer; cafe's, bars, shops, golf club, parks, river and surf beaches. Our beach house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom . The back deck and secure large backyard is an ideal spot for enjoying a sunny afternoon with family and friends.
