Această locuință unică are un stil propriu,pozitionata excelent,foarte aproape de întrarea in Mamaia,Campusul universitar și de mall-uri.(City,Vivo ,Tom) Asigura acces facil la toate zonele de interes ale Constantei. Distanta fata de plaja este parcursa in 5 minute cu masina sau pe jos 10 minute. Statiile mijloacelor de transport in comun sunt in apropierea locuintei.
