Tucked into the leafy slopes of Upper Constantia, situated at the top of our 2800sqr property - Woodland Cottage is a peaceful 2-bedroom surrounded by tall trees and mountain air. Fresh, comfortable farm-style charm. The main bedroom has a king bed and a working desk, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king. A fireplace indoors. Outside, a private patio and a small garden. Off-street secure parking —minutes from the trails, popular wine farms and incredible restaurants.

Mountain View Penthouse

Light, bright and spacious top floor apartment featuring two spacious (en suite) bedrooms. The penthouse is within walking distance to the beach and has incredible mountain and sea views from its two balconies. It is Superbly positioned in a tranquil setting. The block has a fantastic and well-maintained pool and garden area and 24 hours security so its very safe and secure. Please note that this is strictly a non smoking block. This apartment has a back up power source to combat load shedding.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.
