Spacious cottage in secure wine estate

A beautiful spacious cottage with all amenities, walking distance to the wine farms Klein Constantia, Buitenverwagting, Groot Constantia. Perfect place to set off to the beach, mountain biking routes, hiking or walking routes, excellent running routes and 5 minute drive from a world class golf course. Or you can lie by the shared pool, gym or play tennis. The cottage is looked after by the owners Dawn and Tanno who take personal care to ensure a good stay. Regrettably, no events can be hosted.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area. We are surrounded by numerous spectacular wine farms and top restaurants. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

A beautiful light and spacious self-catering studio, with mountain views, set in a quiet and peaceful part of Constantia with access to a green belt for walking. Close to spectacular wine farms, walking distance to shops and restaurants and a hospital close by. It has a separate entrance and private parking on the property, comes with all modern conveniences including air conditioning and a solar back-up system. There is a gas barbecue and guests are welcome to use the pool.

Welcome to Little Barn, our Farmhouse Retreat in the heart of the Constantia Wine Route in Cape Town. Little barn was built in the 1830s and was originally a barn for one of the local farms. Charming and relaxing, it has been lovingly restored and preserved back to its original glory. Everything is new. We’ve curated what we feel is the ideal artists retreat with many vintage artifacts from our travels around Africa, vintage botanical prints, and antique furniture.
