Picturesque Pet-Friendly Haven

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! A place from which you can enjoy walking trails, mountain biking, close by hikes in nature or simply rest! 5-minutes away from Downtown Conway, Hendrix College, the University of Central AR (UCA), Conway Regional Hospital, and more! Green Cottage is comfortable and practical with everything you need. King and queen beds have bedside lamps and USB charging. Dedicated private office workspace. Laundry. Full kitchen with all the basics and a dining nook. A large TV, comfy couch and more!

New! Hilltop Hideway w/arcade and hot tub!

Kick back and relax in this stylish space with city views and a backyard country feel. This new construction has lots of little extras like the towel warmer and soaking tub in the Master bath. The amazing retro arcade area is so much fun! 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a kitchen/living room that's spacious and open. Soak in the hot tub off the back porch or have a fire in the pit. Legacy Acres wedding venue is 4 miles away, popular restaurants, and all 3 colleges are so close.

The Respite

Welcome to The Respite. This lovely remodeled home is the relaxation destination here in Conway. This three bedroom, two bath room is close to everything in town, but so relaxing you'll feel like your on a spa vacation. With beautiful claw foot tub, comfy beds and The Napping Porch you'll never want to leave. If you want to relax while watching your favorite shows then hook up to the free wi-fi. Or cook up the dinner you love in the open kitchen with spectacular island.

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

The K House

With its charm and elegances, this home is perfect for a nice family get away, right in Conway's sweet spot. Guests are bound to sit back and relax in the luxurious furniture throughout the home as well as take advantage of the appliances this home has to offer like an ice maker and wine cooler. All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.

Ms. Penny's Place

Welcome to Ms. Penny's Place! This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom home sits right in the heart of Conway - a half mile from Conway High School and about 1.5 miles from Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas. Enjoy the school house touches and 15+ years of CHS yearbooks to look through. It's the perfect spot for your first visit to Conway...or for a former Wampus Cat to enjoy a walk down memory lane.
