Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

900 ft2 completely renovated. New paint, cable TV, WIFI, dvd library, reading library, rural setting within 10 min drive to restaurants, colleges, grocery stores, malls, movies. Full Kerig amenities with organic coffee, tea, decaf, hot chocolate & sweeteners from honey to Stevia. Laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

With its charm and elegances, this home is perfect for a nice family get away, right in Conway's sweet spot. Guests are bound to sit back and relax in the luxurious furniture throughout the home as well as take advantage of the appliances this home has to offer like an ice maker and wine cooler. All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.
