Self-contained studio apartment, detached from the main house which is situated on the Welsh coastal path “The Laundry Room” is in the village of Deganwy. Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. There are numerous footpaths directly from the property, mountain biking and nearby riding stables. There is a village pub and shop and the ever popular Betws-y-Coed is only 4 miles away. Snowdon and Zip World are approximately 30 minutes drive. Go Below and Conwy Falls are close by.

The views of open countryside and our garden (currently a work in progress) are stunning. We have chickens and there are often lambs in our two small fields.
