'The Wool Store' - a two-bedroom stay in the hills

Peaceful Countryside Shepherd’s Hut Conwy

Welcome to our bespoke shepherd’s hut, on our family small holding, located 1 mile from the historic walled town of Conwy. Stay with us for your ultimate glamping experience. The hut sits alone on a large open lawn that you have to yourselves, there is a double bed with new memory foam mattress, sofa bed, kitchen, private shower/toilet block. Spend your days walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking….. or just relaxing. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Horses welcome at extra cost.

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

With off road parking for two cars and a short drive to the A55 Expressway and A470 main north south Welsh route it is a great base to relax and enjoy shopping, historic houses and castles, hill walks of Snowdonia, the North Wales coast and much spectacular scenery.
