#12 The Suite at The Patio

Take a break from the hiking trails at The Suite at The Patio. The Suite has been completely remodeled and updated as of July 2024. The suite features a full kitchen, living room, with pull-out couch (a folding single also), brand new bathroom, and queen bedroom. You will also find a full screened in porch with optimal seating and mountain views. The suite also has access to all shared the amenities of The Patio property, including the pool, swing set, shared patio/fire pit space, and more.

Nestled amongst the sprawling 208-acre estate designed by Frederick Law Olmsted (designer of Manhattan's Central Park), The 1811 Loft brings nature to life. Savor the glamour and history of an iconic piece of Americana that features 3 renovated bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, exposed beams & more! Adjacent to outdoor trail systems on 180 acres with views of the Presidential mountain range. Cannon Mountain & Bretton Woods are but minutes away, as are golf courses, shopping, lakes, and more.

The JH Bungalow A small & cozy updated cabin for 2

Welcome! Perfect for couples or solo travelers, the bungalow is an updated, rustic cottage in a quiet and prime location. Clean, comfortable, & cozy, the bungalow is about 425 square feet. Enter by climbing three steps into the screen porch. Continue on into the primary space, which holds the bed, sitting area, & dining table. The back features the kitchen and bathroom. (Not suitable for children.) Enjoy a five-minute walk to Main Street and enjoy shops, dining, and the Colonial Theater!

A Hiker’s Haven in The White Mountains

This comfortable & cozy cabin style cottage is close to one of the most scenic hikes in NH, the Baldface Mountain Circle trail, with access to 100+ trails around Chatham and it’s locality! It is right next to the historic AMC Cold River Camp, with trails starting right from the doorstep, eliminating the usual hassle of driving and parking. The cottage can host up to 7 guest with all necessary amenities, including WiFi. Use it as a base to explore all the best that North Chatham has to offer.

One Room Guest Cabin

Sip your morning coffee and relax at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cozy up by the fire after a day of outdoor adventure in the north country. This cabin is nestled into the hillside of the northeast highlands, and is a short ride from both the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the Green Mountains of Vermont. Parking is at the bottom of the driveway, and there is a trail uphill through the woods to get to the cabin. The outhouse is on the way along the path. No running water.
