Located just outside of downtown Coquille (2.5 mi), private road where you can enjoy the tranquility of county life. Recently renovated cottage with two bedrooms each with a comfortable memory foam queen bed. Fully furnished kitchen and comfortable living spaces. This cottage is on an 8 acre parcel that you’re welcome to experience. The owners may be on the other side of the property tending to the horses.

The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

Guests will also love that the house is uncluttered, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and full size stainless appliances, and the gas fireplace works even if the power goes out during a storm.
