Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

The apartment is located on our working farm with views of Lough Corrib and Shannaghree Lakes, as well as breathtaking views of Connemara Mountains. It provides the best of both worlds, secluded in nature but 5 mins drive to village, pubs, restaurants, bakery and grocery stores. There are plenty local amenities scenic walks, hikes, fishing, golfing and an adventure centre in Moycullen. Perfect getaway to discover Connemara.

You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. Surrounded by country roads, hidden inlets and stunning beaches such as Trá an Dóilín (Coral Strand) on the Wild Atlantic Way. Cladach is a self contained apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and balcony. It is attached to the owner's residence so we are there if you need us.

Why not enjoy a stay with us in the heart of the Connemara Gaeltacht, enjoy being immersed in the Irish language as you explore the rugged landscapes. This is a great base for exploring Wild Atlantic Way. We are 1km from the main road to Clifden / Roundstone / Inis Boffin / Westport. We are 5km from Aran Ferries terminal where you can catch the ferry to the Aran Islands. Access to beautiful beaches just 5km away!
