Situated within a mile of the reservoir and boat launches we are nestled in the woods for a very secluded getaway. You will be a mile from all that North Liberty has to offer. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

Two Horse Farm is an 83-acre park which was a family farm in the 1900s. Several original buildings on site immerse the visitor in that history. From the time you turn onto the long private drive winding through the woods up the hill to the beautiful historic home, you will feel the stress of daily life fade away. Following Johnson County Conservation's purchase of the property a 7-acre circle in the center of the property was donated to the Iowa Tribe of Nebraska and Kansas.
