Smoky Mountain Retreat Cabin is a peaceful rural escape tucked away in the quiet corners of Metchosin. This cozy retreat strikes the perfect balance between comfort and connection to nature. Soak in the hydrotherapeutic hot tub with views of the Pacific Ocean and Olympic Mountains, gather around the outdoor fire with your cup of tea, or book a private sauna & cold plunge in our 'Forest Wellness' space. Pet-friendly and inviting, the cabin is ideal for solo travelers, couples, and small families.

Haro Sunset House

Winding through a Madrona forest hillside on the coveted Westside of San Juan Island, Haro Sunset House greets you with sweeping views from Vancouver Island to Salt Spring Island to the North. This home is known for its stunning views from the expansive deck and with amazing wildlife viewing. The home is near San Juan County Park for beach access and the iconic Lime Kiln Light House. The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

Cobble Hill Cedar Hut

With your own detached bathroom and kitchen about 30m from the Cedar Hut, this can be your cozy, heated one room glamping experience. A private spot on our little farm. We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our horses are your neighbors and you will most likely find us in the garden. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your getaway to relax. Two bicycles provided.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

Swan Hill Suite

NO PET FEES! 😁 This modern, comfortable, pet-friendly suite is centrally located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood near parks and trails. We are not within walking distance of downtown, but we very close to bus routes and the Galloping Goose Trail. This is a SMALL space, only 230 sq. ft. ...think tiny home. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, clean environment for one or two folks and their furry travel companions. We have been licensed by regional and provincial authorities.

The Ridge Way - Private Upstairs Suite

*Exempt from Airbnb restrictions* See the sights or just chill out at this peaceful and centrally located place. Self contained upstairs unit, so it’s a private space for you. 5 minutes to the hospital Minutes to the airport 15 minutes to the ferry Blocks from the beach 25 minutes to Victoria Minutes to the Lochside bike trail Minutes away from Butchart Gardens The unit has one King bed and a couch pullout. The couch can accommodate one person comfortably, but two people can fit.

Cozy Cordova Bay suite with Ocean View

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & DT (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. (Ex: Toast, oatmeal etc) *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs

Marina boathouse

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Beautiful Suite near the Beach

Welcome to our comfortable, well-finished, ground level, modern suite. It has all the amenities one could ask for for a visit to Victoria for business or pleasure. Our location is in a beautiful quiet part of Victoria called Cordova Bay. We’re walking distance to the ocean and beach, and also to grocery, restaurants, walking trials, parks and golf courses! We’re about a 20min drive from the ferries, 15min from the airport, and about 15min right into downtown Victoria.

Peaceful Heritage Home at Elk Lake

NO CATS ALLOWED . My place is close to the beach and across the road from Elk Lake. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from all major tourist attractions that Victoria has to offer. Other close amenities include Butchart Gardens, the Commonwealth pool, mini putt, the Cordova Bay Golf Course and Public transport as well as an off-the-lead .year around dog beach. It is also a three day minimum stay My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and your dog.

Newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 15 minutes north of Victoria and 10 minutes south of Victoria International Airport. There is room for the entire family with 3 full sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. In the kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.

Worry not traveler, you are not more than 5 minutes away from two malls and only 15 minutes to downtown Victoria and the beautiful oceanfront.
