At the ground floor apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with two single beds formed as couches, a main bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It's a home-like feeling, quite house, ideal for couples and families. The apartment is surrounded by landscaped garden area featuring many flowers and trees and common facilities such as a fully equiped BBQ area and a swimming pool that you can relax all day long.

Eine Panorama Sicht auf den Strand Agia Paraskevi und Sicht auf das große weite Meer, sorgt für einen guten Start in den Morgen. Hinzukommt das Sivota, Perdika und Parga sich in der Nähe befinden. Die Besichtigung der Vikos Schlucht, Ioannina, das Amphitheater in Dodoni und das Acheron(, etc), ist von ihrer Wohnung aus einfach.

My place is in a village near Saranda (approximately 5 minutes by car away). It is a quiet place and offers an amazing mountain view for people who don't prefer crowded places. Enough space and bedrooms, brand new kitchen and a beatiful garden with needed equipments for a barbeque. It is a perfect choice for those who want to go to the beach and also want to stay in a village.
