Take the Titanic Trail Walking Tour (one of Ireland's best and most informative walkingtours in Ireland, a must). Spike Island Tour and the Titanic Experience. Also Fota Wildlife Park and Fota Golf Resort,( which hosted the Irish Open in 2014) a mere 5 minutes outside the town.. I am also less then 5 minutes to Jameson Distillery, Midleton.

Our house is located just 3 km from town on a quiet road with private entrance and free parking. We are a 9 minute drive from both the centre of Killarney town and the National Park. Nearby sightseeing locations include Torc Waterfall, Muckross House and Abbey, Ladies View ,Ross Castle and The Gap of Dunloe. The wagon is a good place to escape to. Lie in bed in the morning, read your book, hear the birds sing, see the sun peeking over the mountain. On a fine evening, you can light a fire. You might see a fox, you might see a deer or a hare. One time I saw a red squirrel playing in the Oak tree. Bring your sketch pad, your journal, your knitting. This is a place to rest and recuperate. It’s also a good stop off for people walking the Beara Way.

Our house is ideally located as a Base as it it on a direct bus route to Cork city 15 mins away. We are 5 mins walk from the centre of the town of Carrigaline. We are 5 min drive from the famous sailing village of Crosshaven home of the oldest sailing club in the world. We are approximately 20 mins drive from Kinsale which is a real tourist attraction. There are lots of interesting sighseening attractions within easy reach of our house.

This cottage is set at the foot of the McGillycuddy Reeks with a view of Carrantuohill. Perfect for hiking, walking and cycling... The space sleeps 2 people. The heating is electric.

Restaurants ,bike rental and majestic scenery nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds in total as can be seen in the photos. It's just off New St, in a very quiet residential area.
