Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Every little detail has been thought of - luxury bed linens and complimentary robes, TVs in both lounge and bedroom, two person bath and full kitchen. Nestled into a private corner of reserve a short walk to both Waihi Beach and Anzac Bay, the Barn is surrounded by trees and has its own private entrance and courtyard with lounging chairs, outdoor shower & BBQ.

Experience our bespoke, solar powered cabin, rustic but surrounded by nature. With an outdoor bath, ( not hot tub) overlooking the river. This private area is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Wear covering clothing outdoors for insects 15 minutes from Hobbiton, close to Te Waihou Blue spring and Waiwere falls. Arriving at night, follow the solar lights. Dogs are welcome but no aggressive dogs. Please take your waste with you, we have don’t have bins in rural areas.

We are on the Kauaeranga Valley Rd close to all the walking tracks, so if you are wanting to walk the tracks during the day & stay with us at night the cabin would be perfect for you.

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. The studio is fitted with Air conditioning a microwave, jug, toaster, 32inch smart TV, fridge/freezer etc. FREE WIFI. The bathroom has toilet, basin with great shower and plenty of hot water. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
