Inside you'll find two queen size bedrooms made up with high quality linen. A spacious bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries provided. A fully self-contained cabin, nestled in a peaceful and tranquil bush setting on the edge of the Otway State Forest. Situated amidst a non-working vineyard and surrounded by wildlife, Kookaburra’s, Blue Wrens, and Ducks live at the Estate, with many Kangaroos, Echidnas, Wallabies, and other local wildlife passing through. The cabin offers guests a sunken spa in the open lounge, their own deck to relax, a full kitchen, laundrette, private bathroom as well as undercover parking.

The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .

77 on Main started its life in 1918 selling toys, silverware and china. 100 years later it serves as a unique opportunity to stay in the sleepy town of Beeac. Situated in the main street you are a short stroll from the wonderful food and hospitality of the Farmers Arms Hotel and the Ice-cream and Lolly shop. Venture out or simply cosy up inside with a good book, local wine and enjoy the unique space.

Blackwood is a one-bedroom cottage set on Gadubanud country, amongst the Great Otway National Park. The cottage provides a place to unwind and enjoy all that the local area has to offer – beaches, bush walks, waterfalls, eateries/bars and cellar doors to name a few. Blackwood offers all of this at its doorstep while providing a sanctuary for rest and relaxation in a beautiful bush setting.
