Le Colibri - Charming Tiny Home On Red Horse Farm

Tiny Tiny Home with huge charm on 5 acre hobby farm. Red Horse Farm is the home of 2 horses, 2 friendly dogs, a cat and happy chickens who roam around freely. Enjoy the peaceful energy of our beautiful companions. The property is located near forests and is surrounded by big fir trees. A place to unwind while sitting on the big covered deck or exploring the countryside. We are close to Nature Parks and beaches and 25 min to Mt Washington. To Courtenay is 12 min, Campbell River is 20 min away.

Lakeview Casita

This snug, hand-built cottage features large windows and a deck looking toward Hague Lake and the rocky scapes of Turtle Island. It’s tucked away in a small grove of towering Cedar and Fir trees, but in the heart of uptown Mansons Landing with stores and a bakery cafe just steps away. It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.

Centrally located on the south end close to Manson’s Lagoon, Smelt Bay and Hollyhock, Moonhill offers spacious and peaceful accommodation for Cortes Island visitors. This remote property is fronting a quiet ocean inlet. Located 3 km back in the forest, it is an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy tidal flats filled with oysters, bird life, and clear water. The cottage is located at the edge of a garden clearing. Great kayak launch with access to Desolation Sound. 3 km access road, which is a bit bumpy in some places. Bring your groceries, a flashlight, and solid shoes. The fridge is 3/4 size. We have the best drinking water ever here! No smokers, please.

Whaletown Lagoon Floathouse

Our " floathouse" has everything a guest could want, privacy and a beautiful waterfront location on the Whaletown Lagoon. There is a shared family dock for launching your kayaks, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the changing of the tides. Its vintage ambience combines much of its original historical nature and water travels with modern updates. A former bunk house for hand logging camps and part of our floating household, its traveling days are now over.

This 800 sf home has all new appliances and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Located one block from the sea wall and just a few minutes walk from the main shopping strip on the water front. The backyard has been graciously updated with a new seating area, hot tub, and pellet BBQ.
