Farmhouse on Fulton is a duplex located in the heart of the village of Homer, NY. Just a few blocks from the Center 4 the Arts, the village green, school playground, restaurants, bakeries, the library, and a few lovely local shops. Homer is a picturesque village taken right out of a Hallmark movie. Two miles from Cortland and a short drive to Ithaca, Syracuse, easy access to I-81, the Finger Lakes Region, local breweries and wineries, 3 different ski resorts, indoor waterpark, golf courses.

Every seat in the living room has a clear view of a 65" TV. The dining room has a train station diner vibe, with a menu and vending signs. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and a large refrigerator. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with room darkening curtains and soothing decor for restful nights. There's also an office.

Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.
