Comfortable, quiet, 2 bedroom (optional 3rd), 2 full bath home walking distance to shopping, playground, pool, & bus stops on a tree-lined street. The beds are 12" firm memory foam with mattress covers and hypoallergenic bedding to insure a peaceful sleep. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, one has attached full bath. The townhouse provides two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, a fenced backyard, and a spacious living room with entertainment for all ages. The townhouse is in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (1 miles) to the Hospital, city parks, convenience stores, and restaurants and minutes of drive to HP, OSU campus, Reser Stadium, Grocery store, and Corvallis Downtown. You will have the entire house, pravite parking and backyard.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.
