Se distribuye en dos plantas. En la alta se encuentra el dormitorio con el baño, y en la baja, el salón con la cocina y una terraza desde dónde se tiene una vista privilegiada de toda la piscina. Mis clientes se encontrarán con un servicio personalizado por parte del propietario donde se le explicará en un extenso check-in los lugares más importantes de la isla y toda la información que necesita para disfrutar de su estancia en mi apartamento. La entrega de la llave del apartamento la hago personalmente a la llegada del cliente al complejo y estoy pendiente de ellos durante toda la estancia Estaré a su disposición en todo momento para aclarar cualquier duda que tuviese sobre la zona de Costa Calma como de toda la isla en general. Mi objetivo es ofrecer un servicio y atención personalizada a todos mis clientes Mis clientes podrán disfrutar de mucha tranquilidad y de mi servicio personalizado que les informará de todos los lugares de visita importantes y de toda aquella información relevante que necesitan para una mayor satisfacción de sus vacaciones

Das Haus Casa VIP befindet sich in einem ruhig gelegenen Wohnviertel von Costa Calma. Es ist modern & elegant eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich. Auf einer Ebene ist ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine. Über die große Fensterfront gelangen Sie direkt auf die große Terrasse mit gemauertem Außengrill & Pool mit Heizung. Ein eigener Parkplatz am Haus bietet zusätzlichen Komfort.

Casajable pool & garden between ocean & volcanoes

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.
