Samsung Smart TV 43" con Netflix, youtube, Internet, baño con ducha, salón con el área de la cocina integrada y un comodo sofa cama doble. Gran terraza. También tiene una maravillosa y amplia terraza desde donde se puede disfrutar de una copa de vino, tomar el sol en una cómoda tumbona o sentarse y relajarse en cualquier momento del día. Todo en el apartamento es totalmente nuevo (cocina, sofás, dormitorios, TV, WIFI ...), tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones junto al mar. El huésped tienen acceso a todas las zonas del apartamento. Se aceptan mascotas (suplemento de 30€ a pagar en efectivo a la llegada por estancias de hasta 4 noches y 60€ para estancias mas largas). Las mascotas llevan un suplemento de 30 € por estancia de hasta 4 días y 60 € para estancias de mas de 4 días, a pagar en efectivo a la llegada. Por su excelente ubicación, este apartamento es perfecto para disfrutar de todas las actividades que ofrece la ciudad de Málaga. Cuenta con salón y una habitación comunicados, cocina americana totalmente equipada, dos camas de 90 cm, un sofá cama de 1,35 mtr y un baño adaptado a personas con dificultades de movilidad. Este apartamento cuenta con tres ventanas que dan a un patio interior de nuestro edificio. La decoración ha sido cuidada al mínimo detalle y es de diseño. El apartamento se encuentra equipado con aire acondicionado de frío y de calor, facilidades para plancha, televisión LED de pantalla plana, equipo de planchado y secador. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.
