Petite maison indépendante et authentique, tout équipée, pour accueillir une personne seule ou en couple, ayant un bon esprit de convivialité, de rencontre, agréable et sympathique, et qui aime les chiens. En plein coeur de l'Andalousie, la maison se situe proche du village de Colmenar, au milieu des oliviers et des amandiers et à une demie-heure de Malaga. Il y a une toute petite piscine qui n'est pas faite pour nager mais pour se rafraîchir en cas de grosse chaleur (crème solaire interdite).

Apartamento dentro de un chalet, con piscina y jardin en urbanización privada (zonas comunes dentro de la propiedad), rodeado de campo, tranquilo y confortable. Se admiten mascotas pequeñas. En la propiedad hay perros pequeños y gatos. Sofá cama de matrimonio y cama de matrimonio en la misma estancia.

It has been recently refurbished. The space includes a large day area (living, dining and open plan kitchen), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower cabin & bidet) and private terrace with dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa-bed (140x200cm). Ideal for a couple.

Corjito Abubilla is in an established small organic fruit farm and ornamental garden, this bright studio apartment that has a small kitchen/sitting area and en suite bathroom, is part of the main house, but you have your own terrace (with beautiful mountain views) and access to the 16 meter Swimming Pool and a private entrance to the apartment. There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.

The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Studio and New Terrace at the City Center

Very beautifull apartament in the center town with nice private terrace. Perfectly situated on a quiet street by the Cervantes Theater and Plaza de la Merced, nex to everywhere. 15 minutes walking to the beach. We have just renewed the bathroom. Just to enjoy! Ask the posibility to rent a private parking near the apartment. Checkin after 22 h have an extra charge of 20€ at arrival. After 24 h it cost 40€.

Die Finca befindet sich im Campo,also zwischen 2 Ortschaften,sehr ruhige Lage. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer,eine Wohnschlafküche,ein Bad,eigene Terrasse und ein separater Eingang,sowie Poolnutzung Der nächst gelegene Ort Competa ( 4 km),ein typisches weißes Bergdorf. Torrox,(12 km),am Meer. Von uns aus gehen einige Wanderwege,die besonders für Wanderfreunde interessant sein dürften.
