Peglars Barn was completed in 2019, the entire front of this barn is glass which brings the stunning Slad Valley to you at all times, with nothing except the odd animal to distract you from your back to nature experience. This property has everything, blinds, super kingsize bed, en-suite walkin shower, laundry & loo, fully equiped kitchen, huge Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, Bose speaker, Nespresso machine, Laurie Lee trail walking map & other trails. This beautiful stone two bedroom cottage is set well away from Park Street and sits within a secluded private garden. It offers peaceful and cosy accommodation yet is conveniently located within the historic town of Stow on the Wold. With easy access to all local amenities including several pubs, takeaways, antique and lifestyle shops, convenience stores and walking tracks. The cottage offers open plan living on the ground floor with two bedrooms with their own ensuites on the first floor.

Firepit & logs: By request (£10) NB Bathroom space limited, stairs tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private & overlooked by our house.

A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.
