Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 with a comfy double bed, working kitchen, and shower room. The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.
