The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

Delightful beach house, located two streets from the beach and just minutes to Dunsborough town centre. Hotel-style accommodation, with all linen and extras included. Fully furnished house with master bedroom and full-sized en-suite. Second and third bedrooms with separate full-sized bathroom. The fully self contained Hacienda offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for 2 -3 adults or two adults and up to two children. The main bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach.
